All items are shipped by a tracked method and will require a signature upon delivery. Delicate Dreams may vary the courier we use depending on the size of your order or the destination.
Delivery is normally within a couple of days of order placement, we will send you tracking information upon despatch, please reach out to us for any queries regarding a specific order.
All orders require signatures upon delivery.
Shipping is currently a standard fee of £3.49 (As of February 2023) – we reserve the right to change this if our shipping costs change, you will be shown the final shipping price when you checkout.
If you wish to upgrade the postage option to Next Day Special Delivery please let us know and we can prepare a bespoke quote for you.
We currently only ship to UK mainland addresses. If another address is specified we will contact you to discuss shipping costs and payment for shipping.
Returns
In the interests of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned unless the box containing the items is unopened.
Returns for non-defective items
All returns for non-defective items should be made within 7 working days. Non-Defective items will have their original monies refunded – however Delicate Dreams reserves the right to not refund return postage for non-defective items.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and original state, you must contact Delicate Dreams before returning any items whereupon a returns number will be issued.
Items arriving without a returns number may incur a delay in any refund being made.
Items returned must be in resaleable condition.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item is returned via a trackable method.
Returns for defective items
If an item reaches you and you are not satisfied with the condition please contact us immediately.
Delicate Dreams will work with you to determine if a credit or a replacement is required. In the case of a defective item being returned all reasonable costs will be refunded along with the original purchase price.
