Changed your mind? No problem. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you would like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.
How to return an item
1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return your order, using the contact form or by email.
2. Post the items back to us within 14 days of telling us, unworn and in their original presentation box. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
3. We will refund the full price of the items plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving them back.
The small print
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned as a change-of-mind return unless they are faulty. None of this affects your statutory rights.
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund including postage.
